The outer ring type metal spiral wound gasket is a type of gasket widely used in the field of industrial sealing. Its structure and performance design enable it to perform well under high temperature, high pressure and complex working conditions.
Mainly used for flat flange (FF) or raised face flange (RF), the outer ring design helps positioning and prevents installation deviation.
Multi-layer sealing structure: Metal belts (304/316 stainless steel, titanium alloy) and non-metallic filling materials (graphite, PTFE, mica) are alternately wound. The outer ring provides mechanical support and prevents layer loosening.
Excellent sealing: Combines "soft-hard" double sealing to adapt to small defects on flange surfaces with a high compression rebound rate.
