Square tube and round tube can be bent, can bend different degrees of Metal parts. Accuracy can reach 0.005" to 0.010".
We have flat laser cutting machine and 3D laser cutting machine, which can cut sheet, tube and Shaped workpieces. Accuracy can reach ±0.5mm.
The range of sheet thickness should be 0.3-20mm.
Size tolerance can reach T7 level accuracy.
Welding options include argon arc welding, laser welding, and two-bonded welding. Our workers have over three years of experience.
Equipped with CNC, lathe, and milling machines. Parts with complex shapes and complicated contours can reach an accuracy of ±0.01mm.
Our die casting machines range from 50 tons, 60 tons, up to 200 tons.
Mature spray painting technology withstands 600°C high temperatures. Coating thickness is customized to requirements.
