Product Description

SCR catalyst is suitable for NOx post-treatment of diesel engines. The NO and NO2 in the exhaust gas are reduced to N2 after urea is hydrolyzed to NH3, effectively removing NOx under oxygen-enriched conditions. We provide vanadium-based, iron-based, and copper-based SCR products with excellent low-temperature activity and stability, meeting Euro IV to Euro VI emission standards. The catalyst coating can be applied to both metallic and ceramic substrates.

SCR REACTION:

UREA HYDROLYSIS:

CO(NH2)2 + H2O → CO2 + 2NH3

The SCR system utilizes an injection system with compressed air assistance. The urea solution supply pump is equipped with a built-in control device to manage the internal pump and solenoid valve according to established procedures.
