DPF is the essential option to satisfy particle number emission requirements. Common support materials include ceramics, aluminum titanate, and silicon carbide. Our DPF coating technologies are based on high thermal stable wash coat formulations with excellent NO2 formation, ensuring filtration efficiency and carbon back pressure management.
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) is a critical component for diesel engine reprocessing. Its primary function is to oxidize unburned hydrocarbons (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO) into harmless water and carbon dioxide. Additionally, it converts NO into NO2 for passive regeneration of downstream CDPF systems, significantly improving NOx conversion efficiency.
DOC: Oxidation of NO to NO2 and removal of CO and HC.
CDPF: Captured carbon particles react with NO2 at low temperatures to produce CO2 emissions. The NO produced is re-oxidized to NO2 for continuous utilization.

Our specialized manufacturing facility handles catalytic converters for diesel vehicles and industrial applications, featuring advanced coating technologies and extensive production capacity.
The Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is designed to capture and remove particulate matter (soot) from the exhaust gas of a diesel engine to meet strict emission standards.
The DOC oxidizes NO to NO2 and removes CO/HC. The resulting NO2 then reacts with captured carbon particles in the CDPF at low temperatures to produce CO2, enabling continuous filtration.
We utilize high-quality honeycomb ceramics, aluminum titanate, and silicon carbide, chosen based on the specific regeneration strategy and filtration efficiency requirements.
Yes, our catalytic converters and filters are designed to meet and exceed Euro VI discharge standards, as well as various non-road T4 requirements.
Our DPF products feature renewable technology, allowing for long-term use and maintenance without damaging the core structure under normal operating conditions.
Yes, while we have standard dimensions (like Φ143.8mm to Φ330mm), we can provide customized DOC and DPF products based on specific customer input and emission needs.
