High Flow Honeycomb Ceramic Substrate Three Way Catalyst Universal Catalytic Converter

Honeycomb catalyst is made of cordierite honeycomb ceramics as the carrier, rare earth composite oxide as the auxiliaries, adding trace precious metal (Pd/Pd/Rh) after special coating process and sintering. The product makes full use of the coordination of precious metals and rare earth composite oxides, which facilitates the oxidation/reduction of CO, HC, and NOx in the tail gas, converting them into non-toxic carbon dioxide, water, and nitrogen.

Depending on vehicle standards, carrier quality varies and can be categorized into Euro II (adding rare earth complex), Euro III OBD (adding platinum, palladium), Euro IV (adding platinum, palladium, rhodium), and Euro V standards.
