1. Raw Material Preparation: Steel plates are cut and stamped to form the basic shape.
2. Precision Sizing: Appearance and size are strictly manufactured to client requirements.
3. Pipe Bending: Strictly based on samples without surface wrinkles.
4. Expert Welding: Seamless, flat, and leak-proof welding by experienced staff.
5. Quality Control: Double-checked by QC before proper packaging and warehousing.

2. Component Assembly: Every filter element is inspected and assembled using rotation machines and extrusion.
3. Shielding: Metal shields are welded based on customer demand.
4. Final Inspection: Comprehensive QC check and protective packaging for shipment.
